MBC Foods’ products are made using the finest Yorke Peninsula sea salt. Our popular Salt & Pepper Coating range sells quickly throughout stores on the Yorke Peninsula. You can also find it in some Adelaide seafood outlets and Drakes supermarkets. Find out where your closest outlet is.
Our Salt & Pepper Coating range includes the Original, Lemon & Garlic, Chilli & Lime, as well as a Gluten-free option. We also sell gourmet Sea Salt Flakes, Salt & Pepper Grinders, and the Salt & Pepper to go in them. You can also find a range of other local products that you can purchase either from our food van, at fairs and shows, or from our local produce shop in Marion bay.

Salt & Pepper Coating
(The Original Recipe)
This delicious blend of Salt & Pepper Coating uses local MBC Foods sea salt and fresh black peppercorns to create a wonderful full-bodied flavour to encase your favourite foods.
Great with seafood, meat and even vegetarian foods. Simply wet food with water, coat food generously with coating, then shallow fry.

The most recent addition to our coating range is a Gluten-Free Salt & Pepper Coating, ideal for those with celiac disease, wheat alergy, or a sensitivity to gluten. This coating is the same as our original blend, just without the gluten.
